Sculpture

This recent collaborative sculpture project explores how the body can be engaged in this large scale wooden installation. The sculpture is made from a single sheet of plywood and comprised of two interlocking boxes: a complete neat cube and an unfolding imperfect cube with sides balanced at precarious angles. The hollow frames of each cube invite the viewer to inhabit and move through the sculpture, and mimic the angles of the wood with their body position.
